I do not recommend this service at all. I was quoted $500 to have the service prepare a Fiance VISA application and that it would be sent to immigration.
Six months later, after my fiancé and I worked on getting all requested documents uploaded and scanned to a Dropbox that you will be asked to make. I found out that I will be sending the application to Immigration by myself! What is worse, is that all the items I paid to scan in the online DropBox now need to be re-copied again by machine to be sent to Immigration. The DropBox was useless. I have also learned that I now need to send an additional $340 to even apply for my VISA. Stay away from this service. They had me go through an online website and open a DropBox which was a holding tank to the actual forms that Immigration requires. You will spend your time and money for nothing by scanning documents to a DropBox that will never be used!!! After six months, they presented the forms to me that I needed. They should have presented the forms from the beginning. This service is a risk to the public! They will leave you alone to read all instructions and you will have to fight for any guidance or communication at all by phone. When I asked specific questions about costs, they were also unknowledgeable about international shipping of original documents. I was given an attitude and it is was honestly like speaking to a cranky friend on the phone. They will judge you for your needing any contact in the process. There is no evidence that this service is even qualified to handle your case with Immigration. There is also no evidence that a lawyer is overseeing the process as their websites states. You do not know who these people are. You are paying the $500 to have an untrusted third party handle your personal information and they are handling legal forms on your behalf about the conditions of your fiancé's VISA without even contacting you!! You will be asked to read and submit them and they will hope that you don't challenge them. You are paying to be delayed and spoken down to for 6 months. At best, I was sent Immigration Forms after 6 months that I could have tried harder to get on my own. This is not a professional or qualified service.
Stay away. I hope that an outside agency investigates this service. Their marketing of submitting the VISA application and actual service does not match what it actually ends up doing for you. I believe the website and DropBox are one big cover up to outside business regulators. Like I said you will be asked to function alone during the entire process!! There is nothing being submitted or handled for you. It is YOU!! Not the service!! I am submitting this review with the hopes others do not fall prey to this service online. I have requested a full refund for the $500 for the loss of my time and this group not ever submitting my application for me. I strongly believe this is a fraud!! Immigration would never approve of this operation. STAY AWAY!
