I heard about TN HomeBuyers from a close friend, they advised me that I should give them a call because she sold them a house and had an awesome experience. My first experience was awesome as well and went smoothly so I figured why not get a double dose of the awesomeness. I was very thankful that I was able to receive earnest money so that I could take care of some bills and reserve a moving company. I was able to remain in the house after closing to be able to tie up any loose ends. I really like the THB experience. They helped ease some of my worries and fears about closing costs and paperwork as well as having to do any repairs before selling the property. I would definitely recommend THB to friends and family. My experience was the best and I felt comfortable and was able to talk to them any time that I had any questions or concerns and someone was always available to answer my questions. Everyone was always so pleasant and friendly to talk to. I felt like I was family.

I have to say that this is probably the BEST experience I have had with ANY business in a VERY long time. From the first correspondence with Tommy and Denise, throughout the whole process with Emmy and Lauren, (I am sure I am forgetting someone) to the day I released my key to them. They are the kindest, most patient group that I have done business with. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I called TN Homebuyers because I didn't want to put in a lot of money on the house, knowing I had to owe the mortgage. I just wanted to go ahead and sell it and get out from under the loan. The mortgage company was being very pushy and she needed to get out quickly. This was my best option to sell the home and live more comfortably. That's what TN Homebuyers did for me- helped me feel better, more comfortable. They let me leave whatever I didn't want. Nathan was really nice and treated me with respect. I will recommend TN Homebuyers!

Contract was read aloud to me (due to eyesight limitations) and non-expiration clause was omitted resulting in Cloud being affixed to property deed.
I had intended to sell my house to TN Homebuyers and signed a contract July 8, 2015. I was planning to move because of my limited eyesight and mobility. My health was declining, I had lost my brother and I realized that I need to move closer to family. I needed to move and TN Homebuyers said I could leave things behind that I could not physically move and did not to fix up the house. Due to my age, physical Limitations and being alone, this was appealing.
Approximately one month later I called them to say I was not able to move. They said that they would put something on my deed. I was advised to tell them that this was unethical. *** said that he would take care of this. I believed that to mean that there would be no problem. I did not hear from them again until September of 2017. This is when they said they were ready to close in 2017. The letter they sent was dated 2016. 26 months after the contract was signed.
I cannot sell my house because of this cloud. I need to sell my home to move to a community that will help with my health needs. Including; failing eye sight and mobility. I signed the contracts with *** reading it to me and had no representation. I have Macular degeneration. *** who read the contract to me told me I could not sell the house to anyone else. I understood that to mean in the next 60 days before closing. I did not think that meant forever and ever. He did not explain or read the section that said this was binding until my death. Contract sates "does not expire due to seller's inability or unwillingness to close within set time".
I feel I was taken advantage of due to my age and sight limitations; I did not have anyone else present to explain the contract to me or represent me.
September 2017, *** came to my home and threatened to take me to court or throw me out of my home. I threatened to go to the media and he backed down. I then contacted my State Representative.

My experience with TN homebuyers was outstanding!

He jumped right in there and gave us the prices we needed to make both homes sell. We were able to close on both homes in one transaction. He was on top of it from day one.
