Review: I was charged for mobil super synthetic oil on my last two oil changes.
The oil that they used was mobil super 5000 premium moter oil
They charged for the synthetic oil.
I told them it was not synthetic oil yet they would not change the price
they just said that is what they were charged

According to the letter I received from Mr [redacted], he stated that he was charged for Mobil synthetic oil on his last two oil changes. He goes on to say that my employess used Mobil super 5000 premium moter (In which I assume he means “motor”) oil. And in short, he is asking for a reimbursement of $30.00, from his total bill of $60.87.
