I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Delivery of items was not what he thinks as far as by ChristmasHe didn't even place the one order, he shut the site down without even realizing an order was placed
We did provide the proper disk, he just didn't try very hard to make it workWe even told him to create a new one since he told us the cost was only $to makeThe new vendor we are using was able to open our filesAlso artwork needed to create the file was in his hands as well
We did have a conversation with him about the size of the logo and what our expectations wereHe even took notesHe was told to take the adult size and put it on the youth items which what we have done in pastWe do not even have youth screens sizes
If he looked at his notes he wrote down what we wanted in wording he also took pictures of our existing items
The items I have at my home are not centered and families want their money backI know who your friend is and she is not happy either
The conversation about screen printing was the only conversation we hadAs far as the costs go several hundred dollars wasn't even talked aboutthe cost of screening would have been spread over not only spirit wear but uniforms as wellWe have had screens done before and are doing them again at our new vendor, the cost is not that
He says he is willing to refund the customers who did not get their order and customers who are not happyWell he needs to refund everyone as I have been talking to the families and they all want their money back
*** you told me the last time we talked which was a week ago that he was starting to do the refundsWhere does this stand? I do not have all the names of the families that ordered items as the vendor usually has that information
I would like a copy of who ordered what so I can keep track of the refunds with the familiesHe did tell us when we were setting this all up that he woud get us this info which he has yet to do
He needs to keep to his word, and just refund everyone and all parties involved can move on
My expectations is that he does this within a week so both parties have closure

Delivery of Items: Delivery of most of the good were delivered after the goal date of the 19th, but before Christmas, which was the ultimate goal.
All items not delivered: [redacted] did not provide the proper embroidery disk required to complete the job.
Wrong Size Logo: The [redacted] did not instruct me to make the logo a certain size. Logo was made an appropriate size to look good on both youth and adult items.
Complete Wording Not Used: We used the logo that was provided to us by the [redacted], which was incomplete as it turns out. I simply used the logo they sent.
Not Centered on Garment: I folded each shirt and sweatshirt and did not notice this. I have a family friend that ordered one and her's looks centered and they are happy with it.
HEAT PRESS VS SCREEN PRINT: The total order was extremely low which made screen printing not an affordable option. They would have had several hundred dollars in screen charges which they were not willing to pay for. They were aware that due to the low quantity, a heat transfer would be used.
I am more than willing to refund the customers that did not receive their goods, due to the fact that I never received the proper embroidery disk to finish. In a few cases, the credit cards given to me were declined, so delivery was not made. I attempted to contact the customers with no success.
If there are any customers that would like to return their goods because the logo was not centered to their liking, I would be more than happy to refund their money.
