I met with the home owners.  They seemed to have two complaints.    (1)  Where was the flashing where the garage roof met the house?  I showed home owner the step-flashing and explained the theory.  He seemed satisfied with...

flashing.   (2)  On the ceiling of the carport, by the garage, the aluminum facia had separated from the vinyl soffit on the ceiling of the carport.  A little bit of adjusting and a few stainless steel trim nails put things back in place.  The home owner seemed happy.   [redacted]
