TMG - The Management Group

Do not do business with this company if you are a home owner that wants to rent your home. If things are going well and people are paying the rent on time, they are fine. If the tenants do not pay on time, you do not hear from them at all. They make meaningless promises about how they will ensure tenants pay or they will start eviction procedures. Now, I haven't heard from them in over a month. They do not return my calls or respond to emails. On the three occasions that I called to the company to complain about late payment, the "manager" of the company apologizes profusely and says he was "on vacation". This business needs to get a clue, starting with replacing that manager who does not return calls, provide customer service, or do what he says.

I have been renting my house out through TMG for close to 4 years. I have been having problems with my tenants not pay rent and not paying their water bill which the city has now stuck me with the bill for. Have been trying to resolve these issues and others with TMG but they never answer their phones and never return calls or emails. Have not received rent in over 2 months this time and water bills are still not being paid (city refuses to shut water off). Bad tenants but am more disappointed with lack of communication with TMG.
