TMG Management company did not implement all actions voted on and approved by the board on June 10th.

June 10th, 2020, the Chateau de Ville Condominium Association held a meeting to approve a special assessment. I requested a vote to replace the water spigots that had been removed from each building on the property. I was shouted at and berated by the board member who felt entitled to remove them. At no time did the property manager attempt to call the meeting into order. However, over the shouting, the board did vote 3-1 to replace the spigots. This has not happened yet. Phone calls to TMG have not been returned. I do not know the legalities of what is to be expected from a management company, but the general atmosphere is that one board member is intimidating the property manager to the point that my (and I assume others') voices are ignored. No minutes of the meeting appeared to be taken. While a letter was sent out about the meeting to inform all owners that an assessment was to be paid due to the decision made that night, nothing was mentioned about the other vote to restore the water access.

Desired Outcome

Replace the water spigots, encourage the offending board member to respect his neighbors boundaries, social and physical.

The special assessment meeting was not the proper forum to conduct a vote regarding the water spigots. This subject was not on the agenda and therefore is not in the meeting minutes.
The board did agree to find a resolve for the water spigots to be completed by September.

Since the company was not assisting me, at the assessment meeting I asked if we could discuss a separate issue and the president of the board allowed it, and voted on it. I do not know what is in the minutes because they have not been made available. Their response demonstrates the lack of professionalism that my complaint addresses. While they dismiss the discussion at the meeting as inappropriate, they admit action will be taken. Still I have not been contacted directly by the company.

TMG is managing our home association and every year we receive the hard copy of tickets from them to pay our monthly maintenance (we like the old school method of having hard copy proof of payment)
this year they are 4 months late in sending us the maintenance ticket booklet, I called their office multiple times only to hear the same excuse over and over again which was that they are delayed in printing the booklet this year,and rest assured if we are charged late fee we can call *** and waive the late fee .
We were assured by the account department the matter will be resolved and no late fee will be charged fast forward to April 2018 we received the payment stub(booklet) we mail the check along with the stub by the 15th of every month and our payment is up to date. Now the problem is *** the property manager has been replaced suddenly by *** , she is forcing us to pay the late fee, even though it's their fault because they did not send the tenants the payment tickets stub on time and *** knew this and thoroughly understood the situation.We have been calling to resolve the problem but *** was on other properties and we couldn't get hold of him and now only and only *** could understand the situation...
New property manager *** has sent us a letter threatening to send our late fee to collection agency though in any court of law TMG has been delayed and now replaced the people Ammara and *** who knew the situation and would have helped us sort this misunderstanding and not put us through this frustration of calling and leaving messages ...
