I live in *** *** Apartments since December of The first issue that I had with mold was when I first moved inThere was mold in the ceiling of the master bathroomThe maintenance came to remove the mold and ended up spray painting over it, the mold has came back several times in that spot since thenThe second issue I had with mold was when the siding to the building was leaking when it rainedThere is water damage and mold above the front door and in the second bedroom in the corner of the wall and ceilingI called about this, the office said they would have a contractor out to fix itThe contractor did not come for several monthsThe contractor fixed the leak above the front door but not in the second bedroomAnd again where the mold was growing over the front door the maintenance spray painted over itHowever, the mold and water damage in the second bedroom is still thereWe had another water issue and the closet in the master bedroom had water coming from the ceil
