Use of incorrect or recycled products and the work was all done incorrectly and not on time. Per inspectors, it is one of the worst jobs they have seen
*** lied to my wife and I about his licensing. We did a 50K renovation, which I later learned, is 5x times the restriction on his privilege license. He is not certified by the State in anything. It appears that he had know idea what he was doing and he just took my money and ran. We enter the contract 1/18/2017 and he verbally said 40days but we did the contract for 100day and he was terminated on 7/19/2017 as a resulted of his refusal to correct the issues. The work included but is not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and so on. He received payment (~26k) directly from the Bank who financed to the renovation but do to the overwhelming amount of poor work that was done the VA refused to accept.
