In my residency on Herbert St of Hillcrest many neighbors' parking is in the alleyKeeping the alley clear is importantDon of TLC Plumbing was here on 7/19/servicing a neighborAs I entered the alley the plumbing truck was blocking the alleyI asked the man to move his truckHe told me he couldntHe had plenty of room to park his truck to make room for cars to passHe was here about a week ago and the same thingI called the number on the truck and it directed me to Don's cell phone in which I explained to him that his parking was rude and not acceptable behaviorHe started getting hostile with me and disrespectfulThe employee has no regard for otherI can only imagine what crappy work he may be doing as well I have photos of his truck blocking the alley wayHe was in no way trying to resolve the issue just escalate the problemThe integrity behind Don is lacking
