In my residency on Herbert St of Hillcrest many neighbors' parking is in the alley. Keeping the alley clear is important. Don of TLC Plumbing was here on 7/19/16 servicing a neighbor. As I entered the alley the plumbing truck was blocking the alley. I asked the man to move his truck. He told me he couldnt. He had plenty of room to park his truck to make room for cars to pass. He was here about a week ago and the same thing. I called the number on the truck and it directed me to Don's cell phone in which I explained to him that his parking was rude and not acceptable behavior. He started getting hostile with me and disrespectful. The employee has no regard for other. I can only imagine what crappy work he may be doing as well. I have photos of his truck blocking the alley way. He was in no way trying to resolve the issue just escalate the problem. The integrity behind Don is lacking.
Review: Had a plumber come out to fix a hole in the pipe, install a sink and new faucet. He was not able to reinstall our reverse osmosis system a $700. Culligan system currently not working
and we had a new trash compactor installed by my husband in October the side of it has dents and scratches, a $1100.00 GE Monogram. He charged us $1149.00 ti fix leak and install sink.Desired Settlement: Fix osmosis and replace compactor

Response:
We called Mr. [redacted] to schedule a time to replace his faucet and have not heard back. We had previously been out there before he filed the complaint to assess what needed to be done. I do not understand why he did not simply call us directly to see if we had located a replacement faucet yet?!

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] & [redacted]
We had tried to reach them left four messages with no response. We called Culligan and they charged us 179. to fix what these guys broke. And the scratches on the side of the new trash compactor
that is not really fixable. He charged us 355. to install the new sink to scratch the side of a new appliance is inexcusable.
TLC said they were getting back to us thats just not true.

Response:
When we received a call prior to the complaint being filed, we did respond. We had the technician return to the job site on December 5th in the morning and December 9th after normal business hours. When he did not take core of the leak sufficiently, we had our Warehouse Manager go out to assess the problem on December 12th after normal business hours. [redacted] returned on December 16th after normal business hours to try to fix the leaking and reconnect the reverse osmosis. He determined that a new faucet was necessary. However, the [redacted]s purchased the faucet that was installed; therefore, it is not under our warranty. When [redacted] tried to call Culligan to get assistance with the issue regarding the reverse osmosis, they did not get back with us until after the holidays.
