Response to the complaint filed against the business.*** *** showed up for a state inspection, upon entering the vehicle into the garage it was noticed the car had been hit. *** *** stated a couple scenarios that could have caused this to happen. The car was inspected and
she left, only to return the next day claiming the damage to her car was done at our facility. *** *** was very rude and screaming at the employees at the time she arrived, and making very accusatory accusations. This was very unacceptableAlthough there is no real proof the damage was done at this facility, and we do not feel her car was damaged at our location, we did fix her car on October 29th, because as a business that's what we felt should have been done. Her complaint has nothing to do with the service she received at the time of her inspection and should not have went against the business.*** ***TLC Lube and Wash
