Excellent, reliable, honest company and employees. I have had an ice dam, a fire and flooding in the 22 years I have lived in my home, and each time American Restoration has restored my loss, with minimal inconvenience for me. After each of my catastrophes, the company was there almost immediately to make my living environment safe and livable until all repairs could be completed. They worked within my insurance limits to restore my losses and offered me options. The employees worked with efficiency and kept their work spaces clean and organized. They were exceptionally courteous and helpful.
The owner is ethical and honest and worked with me each time to achieve a mutually satisfying and fair claim. A+ company that reminds me of the way businesses used to operate back in the day.
