I am rejecting this response because: we did not come to an agreementWe payed him everything he asked for (minus $for his gas) so he would leave our property after making threatsAlso, I have attached images of our leaking roof that was never fixed and the pool mat that we payed for that is not the right size.

Unfortunately, we did run into additional work that was required to complete the job for their pool. It is it stated in our contract that these will become an additional charge above and beyond any estimates. There was a little bit of a disgruntled situation, because the homeowner didn't want to pay...

for the additional work that had to be done.  A job that should have taken us one day took us unto a seven day job.  As a contractor, any time we run into unexpected delays or unexpected work we have to bill that to the customer and it's plainly written in their contract. I have records showing that are contractors showed up daily to complete the job. There will be no additional refund because we have already settled with them. There was a much larger balance that was due upon completion that they refuse to pay and we settled already. Best regards, [redacted]
