Tkees

I ordered a pair of Tkees flip flops for my mom for Christmas. I got her the wrong size, and I need to exchange them for the correct size. I have tried to email Tkees about this as they do not have a customer service phone number. I have now emailed the company three separate times. I have never received a reply from them. My most recent email was sent over a week ago, and I still have not heard back.
