With regards to the cooler repair, it was a verbal estimate of approximately $[redacted]. Our estimates do not include taxes, therefore an invoice for $[redacted] + taxes is within a reasonable approximation. Unfortunately we were not...
informed that the repair did not work, so we could not return and resolve the problem at no charge to the customer. We offer a 30 day labor warranty on our work and would have resolved this issue had we been notified.
As a resolution to this, we can offer the $[redacted] be deducted from the invoice total of $[redacted]. Therefore leaving a balance due for the customer of $[redacted] (taxes included).
