going to leave our garbage totes out so we can pick them up. Some customers are hard to keep happy, this was the case with this situation. There was a snow storm and she was upset that we didn't pick up her garbage. We instructed her to leave it out for the next week. She was not happy about that. The other 200 or so customers had no problem with the situation. She was the only complaint. And there was a dispute with the amount of the refund, because she always had extra garbage out. Anyway, the situation was taken care of.We have been in the garbage business for 22 years. I believe this is our only complaint. We are very proud of our track record.Sincerely,Elizabeth IPresident
