Replacement of trim piece as part had blown offTold him I had extra in garageHe said he had trimAfter looking at it and havi g severl neighbors comment on the mismtch, I called him to come over and measure what I had in garage to see if it would fit or to replace other half to matchHe refused both options and kept insisting colors changed and when I kept aski g him to just come over and finlly rised my voice, he hung up on meEither he cant do his job or is unwilling to do his job
It took a while to deal with issue as I was recuperating from surgery for secerl months plus the bad weather and not using the front entrance
