I am rejecting this response because: No credit offer was made for not completing the gutter on the west side of the house. Furthermore I did not report to the insurance company that thexwork the work was complete. A false invoice was submitted to my insurance company stating that the work was complete. They stated that my garage roof was done but that was not even a part of the work to be done. In reference to my sons job thay also left his house without gutters and downspouts. just want to start out by saying that the insurance adjuster for All State only paid for 2 sides of his house to be redone and the adjuster approved the carport to be fixed but as agreed upon we used the carport money to side the other 2 sides of the house. His house is completely redone and looks immaculate. As far as the gutters goes Mr [redacted] was not happy with the way the gutters hung but the way the houses in Chicago were built they had to be strapped on. As far as the work being completed the insurance company would not release the final payment unless the homeowner confirmed the work was done and obviously he did because he received his final payment. We only did the 2 window wraps because the cost to side the other 2 sides of his house is really expensive and the homeowner was ok with that. We know that we didnt do the one side of gutters and offered Mr [redacted] a credit off his final insurance payment but he did not agree with that. For the insurance adjuster to pay for the carport we all know that there was already damaged there to start and unfortunately we did have to use scaffolds to put the siding up on the west side of his house which may have nicked it up a little bit more but nothing of no significance. I also want to add that mr. [redacted] paid $0 all out of pocket and this is all covered under his insurance and I think all the work we did for him that he would actually be happy because we restored the whole exterior of his house. I'm sure that house is 100 years plus old and I know that there was already damage to that carport once again. I believe we did nothing wrong and once again we offered mr. [redacted] the credit for the gutters we did not do. I would like to add his son-in-law Jorge Ulloah also didn't pay us on the final payment and we did a lot of extra work for him also. We are a small company but we do pride ourself on customer service And spend a lot of time for each homeowner. Im sorry that Mr [redacted] feels the way he does but the agreements he made with us were all fine and dandy until he received final payment and didnt want to turn the check over to us. Once again I personally think his house looks beautiful and the credit we offered for the gutters is more then fair for his entire house being done.
