may have misunderstood what the associate was explaining.  Our understanding regarding the crux of the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com is that Ms. [redacted] (even though she said she agreed to do a credit check) is that she doesn’t want any inquiry history on her credit report.  However what Ms. [redacted] failed to provide with her complaint and I assume the Revdex.com overlooked is that Ms. [redacted] doesn’t have any evidentiary proof of a credit check being run (i.e. a [redacted], or [redacted] credit report showing an inquiry from Title Loans Orange County).  That lack of proof stems from the fact that Title Loans Orange County does not run a hard credit check during the loan process. Attached I have provided a print screen showing that under Ms. [redacted]’s file that the credit report tab is blank.  Title Loans Orange County will be more than happy to remove any credit inquiries, if they exist, when Ms. [redacted] provides the proper proof that they do.  I assume that this email will close the Revdex.com’s inquiry as favorable toward Title Loans Orange County as the complainants facts are incorrect.    Regards, Andy for Joseph Alessandrini
