I had a free 1 week pass, during this time I was talked into signing early by Michelle. I went ahead and signed then lost my job same week and moved out of state. From the moment I started going to Title I always felt Maribel was there just for the money. Everyone else there was sweet and really cared about fitness needs. Maribel end of day just wanted a membership signed. As soon as I lost my job and had to move I notified the gym. There was no understanding however I was told I can only freeze and pay $10 a month. I was also told not matter what I had to come to the gym to sign the cancel agreement even after I told her I moved 2000 miles. At this point I don't even live in a city there is Title. I have frozen my account to see where I would move and if I could transfer my membership. This has become incredibly stressful to deal with and a waste of money. I am hoping that the owner since I cannot ever seem to talk to anyone above Maribel will review this complaint. I can provide my termination paperwork from my job showing I am not lying. I can also provide to you my fathers obituary when he passed in November and the reason I am not moving back to Florida because I need to be close to family. Please have some compassion here. I just want out of my contract please. I was only able to come to 1 class since I signed up in September. Thank you- ***

Also for a step further my friend came in with me for a free week and Maribel charged him for a class within his week time frame. She didn't care that he had a free week like me. Instead of arguing because we just wanted to work out he paid and we worked out that day. His name is Alex feel free to look at his account too. Yet another way to make us feel it's all about the money. He didn't sign up becuase of the service provided.
