I found a *** puppy on his website that I wanted and so I contacted him to get more information on the puppy which he was gladly able to do. I asked for tons of pictures to make sure that he was not a scam. He was able to send me over 25 pictures of the puppy and so I felt comfortable doing business with him. We were asked to send $550 USD to *** via ***. Then he told us that he was unable to receive it as his places were down so he asked us to send it to a friend still in *** Once that was done we were told that the puppy would be put on the airplane and that he would be sent to us. Then we got an email saying we owed $900 USD to a *** for the pet crate and another vaccine. We called *** and said we couldn't do that, he told us he would put forth $400 of his own money to help us out so we felt better and did so ourselves. Now he is contacting us saying that they need another $300 for insurance on the puppy which was already supposed to be insured. So we told him we wanted out money back that it's to much of a hassle and he says he has $100 then called and said he couldn't get our money back.
