Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:my question was if there is no tag on my car why the towing company towed it? there was a tag on the car earlier for a non-moving vehicle and the car was moved and the tag was removedIf the towing company blame it on the apartment complex either the apartment complex or the towing company has to provide proof.Sincerely, [redacted]

I had a not so great experience. I called to have a key open from wrecker service and after I got off phone I was informed my key was on its way so I immediately called right back to Titan (3 minutes times frame) and was told it would be $50 for the call we said well we just called there is no way you have invested anytime? Come to our surprise we go back to are car after fun swimming we find car and the wrecker boxed in so we could not leave? We called them 3 minutes after to cancel. Then after we go out there the wrecker "[redacted]" advised we have to pay $110 just for the trip and if we did not pay in his words "I will tow your car NOW. We said what? We canceled and you came anyway. I felt like the reality show but in this case it was not a REPO or invalid parking we called them.
