Titan Home Inspections

If a lifeguard could not tell the difference between a pool and a bowl of soup would you have some questions? Apparently I paid for a guess and top dollar for a knock off product. In the state of Georgia there is no recourse for any involved party and they all point at each other. Think of all the reasons you need an inspection... These are all the reasons you are not finished looking for one. Even though you hired the "informed party" they could tell you basically anything they want, cash your check and move on.

Review: We are in the process of selling our home. The buyers used Titan Home Inspectors for their home inspection. During the home inspection, the inspector drilled a screw through a live wire in our home causing a power outage in rooms of our home, a circuit to flip and huge arcing to occur in our circuit breaker when attempting to reset the circuit. The home inspector never notified us of this issue and we came home to find the power outage and the arcing circuit. After we found out what caused the problem, we hired an electrician to fix the damage and Titan Home Inspectors stated they would reimburse us the cost. This was over a month ago. Titan claims they sent us the reimbursement check over a month ago. They have not responded to repeated calls and emails. We have not been reimbursed for the damage they caused.Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed the cost of the electrical repairs caused by the home inspectors. I have provided Titan with a copy of the paid receipt from the electrician for $75. I will be moving next week to:[redacted]
