When fixing one thing (the door locks) on my car, they damaged the back of the stereo causing it and three audible noises to not work. Monday, January 12th, the job to complete was to connect the power door locks. When checking the wiring of the stereo, one cord was pulled out of it'd socket leaving the end in the back of the stereo and bare wires showing on both ends. I called when I got home to inform Titan that three audible noises (key in the ignition, the doors ajar, and the left/right signals) plus the stereo had no power as it did when I took it in at 9:00. I was told via text that either Thursday or next week will be the soonest to check out the issues I mentioned. Tuesday the 13th at 8:30am, I called to see if it could be brought in any earlier. I was told I could drop it off Wednesday but no guarantees that it would be looked at. By 4:40 pm, I received texts indicating to take it to an audio visual store for repairs and to call the service manager ** if I had any concerns. When I called **, I immediately was given negative attitude about the wiring and they won't touch it. I have purchased three vehicles from Titan, and former Saturn, over the last 15 YEARS. Their service is great! Service department is awesome! I would not take my car anywhere else for maintenence or fixing. Love the rides to and from home. They fix or maintain ONLY as needed, if you know why I'm saying!
