company called me and we talked about my complaint. He accepted responsibility for his company's unresponsiveness, explained the circumstances that caused it, and resolved this perfectly. I will continue to use Tires Plus for all of our vehicles. I would encourage others to use them as well. This matter is closed.Thanks.
Review: 2003 Dodge Durango brought in for a Warranty alignment repair,It was pulling to the right. I them asked to rotate tires, with tire rotation is a 50 point check including inspection of brake system. Upon leaving the repair shop I felt a "thud" when applying my brakes, Seth the store manager said I would be feeling weird things because my tires were "cupping" because they were and aggressive tire and need to rotated every 5K miles. This was on Dec 18th 2013, I drove the vehicle home and dis not drive the vehicle again until the am of Dec 20th for work. During my am commute I felt a strong pull to the Left in my alignment and the "thud" while applying my brakes was constant and a pull and slide of my tire to the right had started. I drove my truck straight home and called Tires plus spoke with Jeremy and asked if I could bring it in. At 1730 it was dropped off on 12/20 I was told they had no time to look and it would be in the shop the entire next day. on 12/21 Seth called me to tell me that Tires plus takes NO responsibility for my vehicle and that they had nothing to do with the brake failure, but would be more than happy to fix them for 600.00 dollars. So I know have a vehicle that came in fine, Tires Plus inspected and repaired, and less than 48 hours later is in need of a new alignment and a full set of brakes? How does this happen? Or just to a woman? IF you are going to take apart a vehicle and do a 50 point inspection I am trusting the mechanic is going to properly put my parts back together and or not sabotage them. I am also trusting that I am going to drive my vehicle away the same as I brought with the exception of upgrade I brought in to have repaired. I would like Tries Plus to take responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle and repair it. Taking ownership and respecting women would be a great step.Desired Settlement: I would like my brakes repaired. I no longer feel safe driving a vehicle that I felt safe driving in 48 hours prior. This is my family vehicle.
Review: My daughter purchase new tires and an extended warranty from Tires Plus. She had a puncture shortly after purchase which they refused to cover until she called me and I threatened legal action. Today she showed uneven and unusual ware and was refused warranty replacement. In short I believe the company does not honor either manufacturer or their own warranties, finding excuses not to cover, I believe they are not an honorable company, in sort crooks deceiving the public.Desired Settlement: Either tir3es replaced on refund of original costs of tires.
