vehicle when we find theproblem. Tbe Owner of the vehicle dropped the Van off for repairs not thecomplainant. Owner told us to fix it.
We called the owner to tell him his vehicle was done and a woman answered thephone and asked how much and we stated it was $357.00. Then we got a call backfrom a gentleman that was not happy and saying we were taking advantage of a oldman. He stated the dealer would have installed his part for $215.00. He stated hecould of got the part from oreillys for $87.00 and yes that is commercial price for thepart. What complainant doesn't know is Dealer will not put in parts that customersbring them. Dealers only install there own parts. So the price for the dealer to dothe work was $452.00 not $215.00.
When the complainant and her partner came to pick up the vehicle that doesn'tbelong to them as far as we know. The Owner dropped vehicle off for the repairsand did not tell us anyone else was picking it up, the complainant started to write usa check. We have signs up ln few places that stated we do not accept checks. Thecomplainant got upset and left with her partner.
The following day the Owner to the Van came in and paid his bill and apologizedfor the complainant and her partners outburst. He was thankful we got it done forhim. No complaints...
