BEWAREI transferred my company's receivables financing to this company through their Oklahoma subsidiary Diversified Lenders, LLC, and they have scammed my business out of out several thousand dollarsI had no choice but to sue them because they perpetually retained checks from my largest customer and refused to provide an accounting or report for whatever fees they were claiming to have chargedThey changed the terms in the final contract to be inconsistent with the day net terms that we agreed on in writingThey admittedly misapplied payments and demanded that I pay and agree to pay money that I did not oweThey name-dropped a company in Florida and said they did good business with *** during the sales call, but I learned that they sued *** and that company in federal court with their fraudulent business practicesI might note that they are STILL retaining my checks for their own account to this day
