Was told I needed a motor mount on my GMC terrain I ok them to do the job, I went ti pick up my truck and they did a transmission mount and not a motor mount repair, I didnt authorize a transmission mission mount was never told I needed one (had a shop check the transmission mount which I still have and they said nothing was wrong with it that it didn't have been replaced)I was told motor and I have the paper work. These people kept telling me everytime I went to fix something that it was another problem with my vehicle and I never had the problem prior to them telling me this like my front brakes and rotors never had issues with my brakes until I picked up my vehicle from getting my struts replaced and my car sounded like it was about to fall apart and it never had that sound prior they said brakes of course I paid just dont understand how when I dropped it off no problem and pick it up a problem the one mechanic needs to be taught how to deal with customers because to eat a sandwich and keep his face behind the computer screen while I'm trying to get information is beyond poor customer service , I also called asked for owner to call me left message with *** they call him ak and this was tuesday October 22. 2019 no call returned still. I do plan to file a civil suit
