This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I've ever been toI drive a luxury carAll of the parts on my car are unquiely made to include my lug nutsThey misplaced them costing me over dollars to have them replacedIt took them a total of times to finally balance my tires correctlyI purchased two tires in a matter of a week They discovered "my rim was bent" hence why the tires where poppingWish they would have caught that before I bought two additional tiresIn short, this place is unprofessionalAfter having my car for an entire day even though I was told it was going to be fixed at a certain time the same day I call the shop @ 900am (opening time) needing to get my office keysThe gentleman who seemed to be in charge told me he was at the shopI show up and it took them mins to locate my keys causing me to be late for workIn short, I wasted hours of my time dealing with this company, spent over dollars in repairsThat could've been avoided

Financed wheels that ended up not being the right size or put on properly so I had an accidentManager/owner ignored phone calls so had to get insurance involved and now possible legal action
