Purchased 4 tires from Tire Agent on January *.I received the tires on the *** of January try to put the tires on but they were the wrong size. Return the tires but they charged me a fee for shipping the tires back, which was $27 for each tire.The tires were recommended for my car if I knew they wouldn't have fit I would not have purchased them.

I ordered 4 snow tires two weeks ago and still only have three tires delivered. Initial order was delayed on their part shipping wise, because they were "too busy from Black Friday sales." Even after they shipped, the first two tires were delivered, and then the third delivered two days after the first two. Tried contacting *** about the issue multiple times, and they claimed wasn't their fault, and that they delivered all of them, even though only three tires were delivered, and the tracking clearly showed the fourth one sitting at their facility. I called Tire Agent, and they said they would take care of the issue or send a new tire. Well, it's been two weeks since I placed the order, and I still only have three tires. *** still says they don't have the tire, and Tire Agent still hasn't sent out a replacement. At this point, it's snowed heavily three separate times and I will now have to waste more money buying a fourth tire locally now, as it is getting too unsafe to be driving with no snow tires. The also claimed that they were going to send a $50 gift card, which is pointless as $50 will not buy anything on their site (which they only sell tires) and I wouldn't need to purchase just one tire. IT would be nice if they discounted $50 off my order, but they claim they cannot do that.
All 4 tires were delivered. Below is the link showing all 4 tires were shipped on the same day. *** wrongfully delivered the tires on different days.
I ORDERED 4 TIRES FROM TIRE AGENT. THE TIRES ARIVED IN GOOD TIME. APROX 5 DAYS LATER 4 MORE TIRES. THE SAME DRIVER CAME BOTH TIMES. I REJECTED THE SECOND SET OF 4 TIRES. TIRE AGENT SENT THE TIRES AND CHARGED THEM TO ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND REFUND OR BILLING ADJUSTMENT. THIS WHOLE THING IS TIRE AGENTS FAULT.
The customer placed the second order on his own accord and then refused it on delivery. We had no idea it was refused because the customer did not let us know until December. The second order has now been refunded.

I am having many issues regarding my refund. I have followed up and did as requested shipped tires back to their warehouse they arrived at the warehouse on the *** I have yet to see a refund it is now 12//2019. I have sent multiple emails and even chatted in chat on their website multiple days no solution with the promise that it would get resolved within 24 hours yet the 24 hours goes on for days that I would be followed up. I not only been lied to multiple times since the mid November with no replies until contacting them several times to finally get a response they keep pushing my issue to the side and leaving me in the dark with lack of communication from this company.

I ordered tires online and they were never delivered. I attempted to contact the business 3 times and each one was told they were investigating why my order was never delivered and would refund my installment payment - I have continued to be billed and the tires were never delivered
There is no order under *** in our system. We contacted the finance company she had an account with.
I processed a return with this company. On October ***, I processed the returned and I had a confirmation that the tires were received via an email on Oct. . However, I have still not received a refund for my tires. I had purchased the tires via an installment plan and the scheduled payments continue to process. I have been in contact with the customer service team for the past weeks and they have either not been helpful, lack the information that I require, or claim that they will contact me and fail to do so afterwards.
