Review: I am seeking the return of monies paid for electronic downloadable software purchased from this company's website http://www.[redacted].com. The software does not perform correctly and requires reprogramming. It produces incorrect output. Company president [redacted] acknowledged my complaint by email and stated his team would modify the software to remedy the problem but it would take at least four weeks to do so. Since I just paid $395 for the software, I requested an immediate refund of my purchase from Mr. [redacted] on the grounds that it was not ethical or fair to sell software that is supposed to work correctly out of the box but doesn't. Tips Marketing Services Corp, led by [redacted] took my money but sold me a software product that is defective, yet he expects me to wait 4 weeks or longer for the software to be reprogrammed to fix the incorrect output. Issues with their software is not my problem nor will I wait for the product to be fixed while they have been paid in full. After filing a dispute with the payment processor, [redacted] exercised his rights defending this claim knowing that [redacted]l does not have buyer protection on the purchase of intangible goods. He quickly reminded [redacted] of this policy and [redacted] denied my claim. Mr. [redacted] has stopped communicating and has has not returned my money. The software is not usable for my purposes with its current defects and the license key issued by Mr. [redacted] have been deactivated.Desired Settlement: Refund purchase price paid of $395 by [redacted]
