Good afternoon, I will be glad to review this complaint, but I need more information in order to do so, I need the vehicle information and under who's name was made the repair order, I couldn't find any actual record under Mr ***, so maybe it was made under someone else, for now I
can add to this response, that we do not tow vehicles or do repairs without authorization, for us to collect payment we have to go through authorizations and documents before the last thing happen, but again I will be happy to go over this complaint and do my best to make Mr*** a satisfied customer. Regards, I have already provided the information your business has requested. It was provided by phone and in person. I will be glad to provide the vehicle information to you in writing. It's a [redacted]. The vehicle is parked 15 feet from the doors of your repair shop. It is in plain sight through the shop window of your business office. If your business does not tow or do repairs without authorization as you stated. You would have a work order. These are details why I am not satisfied with this resolution. This is no resolution. This is a run around and it will continue to be, so let's proceed.
