I am rejecting this response because:I read the policies which the boutique quickly update after I contacted...
them to reflect current policy. I had already waited two weeks with no update on my order. This company lied and told me my order had been shipped the day before but could not provide any tracking information. Two days later they admitted that wasn't true and refunded me. Terrible ethic and dishonest practice.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted UPS and they told me that they found a label that was created Oct. 23rd but package was never recieved from seller. When will package be sent or refund issued?
