Review: This company offered a 3d/4d ultrasound package for expectant mothers for $99. They sent a confirmation of when to come in and on my scheduled appointment (actually, Father's Day ), the gates were closed and no one was there. There was no answer for days after I called. A person named [redacted] left me a message stating that thee company would refund my money or upgrade me to a higher package. She blamed her technician [redacted] for not contacting me to reschedule. When I called the number back, it was [redacted]. Very friendly, apologetic and offered to call her boss and call me back. She assured me that this was no scam and that my money would be returned to me. It is now two months later and I have called just about every week. [redacted] still assures me that my money will be refunded and that she'll call me back in five or ten minutes. I never receive any calls but I just keep calling. Stay away from this place please. It ruined my fathers day surprise and that is something that I will never forget.
