The issue has been resolved

Review: They falsely advertised a new tiny home and I put a deposit on it and found out later that the tiny home is used. I asked for a refund of my deposit but they refused. I am out $6890 because of their false advertising and multiple verbal assurances that the home was new. There is no harm to them whatsoever in returning my deposit as the home is still listed for sale on several websites. They further lied about the interest in the home to try and pressure me into a quick sale. I later found out that this home has been listed for a very long time and there was virtually no interest in it and no cash buyers as alleged.Desired Settlement: I would like Tiny House Building Company, LLC to issue me a refund to my credit card.
