Tint World of Penn Hills

Review: Business did a really poor job on applying windows tint to my brand new car. I showed them my concerns, and they told me they could not fix it. I asked them to then remove the tint and give me my money back and they said no. After going back and fourth with the Manager of the store she said that she would give me my money back. after receiving my money I went out to my car to see that they had destroyed the tint. I now can no longer wind my windows down, and there may be damage to the glass of my car due to the fact that they took a razor blade to the tint. I have to now get the tint removed by another company and that service starts at 100 dollars. Desired Settlement: I do not want them to touch my car ever again. I would however like them to pay for the removal of the tint that they destroyed on all 6 of my car windows. also, once I get the tint removed, if there is any damage to my car windows I would like them to pay to have all my windows replaced. my car is brand new and does not even have 500 miles on it yet.

Review: I dropped my 2014 Nissan Juke off to be wrapped. I was told it would be completed in 1 week, tint world failed to call and update me or finish the job. It has been almost a month and is still not completed. I have called numerous times and was continued to be told incorrect dates of when it would be completed.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle completed and my money back. My fiancé and I have spent thousands of dollars at Tint world and we will not return.
