I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution...
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:On May 25, 2016 I agreed to purchase a 1989 RV Executive by Monico listed in EXCELLENT CONDITION, and it would be ready in ONE WEEK. The agreed upon price of $11950.00. The right side windshield needed to be replaced.Three weeks later I contacted the Revdex.com and started the complaint process. After learning the tail lights, turn signals needed repairing and a leak in the plumbing had been discovered I no longer wanted the RV, and that it was represented as in EXCELLENT CONDITION and it wasn't, I think I should be allowed an out. Tim Mc Callister told me to come back and look at a van conversion, I went and looked at what he had and found a 2007 GMC Envoy for $7999 I liked it but it's check engine light was on. Tim agreed to do what's needed to fix that and I gave him a week to get it done. Along with a check for $3950.00. I withdrew my complaint based upon 3 things, 1. 2007 GMC with check engine light off. 2. Check for the balance of $3950 3. I would receive these by today 07/08/2016. Now Tim says it won't be ready until Monday. I've lost faith in Tim's products and his honesty, I have been more than reasonable, but no more. I want all the money I gave Tim. I no longer want anything to do with Tim M[redacted] and I want to restart my complaint. Let me know if I can provide anything more.[redacted]
