After checking our records thoroughly, we once again disclose that the customer did not order at our restaurant. The customer came in and complained to us on 10/20/15 that she ordered a Combination Fried Rice (in which she told us that she paid...
by card), the previous Sunday, which we believed was 10/18/15. We checked the records for 10/18/15 and saw that there were no orders for just the Combination Fried Rice, also telling the customer that there was no young man that was working on that Sunday. After receiving this complaint, to find out that the date of her "food poisoning" was on 10/11/15, we do agree that a young man was working on that date, however we still could not find any record of any order with a Combination Fried Rice, once again. Furthermore, she described our chicken as partially raw, yet we always pre-fry batches of chicken at the same time, every few hours, where we then fry it again when an entree with chicken is ordered. This means that the chicken couldn't have been raw, or other customers who ordered chicken would've gotten sick also. Finally, she described the vegetables as "chopped in huge pieces and extremely al dente," yet the only vegetables we add to that entree are: diced onions, beansprouts, and diced carrot/peas (which we buy in a packages, so they are pre-cut small), further contradicting her description of our food. With all taken into account, we therefore disclose that once again, the customer must've gone to a different Chinese restaurant that caused her this disaster.

The Golden Town Restaurant is the only Chinese Restaurant on this block. There are 2 others a 1/4 of a mile away and I have enjoyed both of them and have eaten there several times which is why I wanted to try Golden Town because I had NOT eaten there yet. I am not trying to recover a ton of money from them, I just want the money I spent that day and into the wee hours of the morning. When I was released from the Emergency Room 2:30 in the morning I had NO keys, NO shoes and NO coat, NO purse NOTHING! And I was sick as a dog! I was freezing and had to wait in the air conditioned room for 2 more hours waiting on a cab. I was in such pain and discomfort and I couldn't talk because my throat was so raw from vomiting. Why don't you just admit you didn't have a experienced cook working that day? And you ran out of packaged vegetables and had to cut them yourself which is ok if you COOK them long enough. From the time I walked in til the time I left no more than 6 minutes had elapsed and I was out the door. And I remember thinking 'wow, that sure was fast'. But I never dreamed of the nightmare I was about to experience. I paid for that dinner in cash $8.95 so it was around ten dollars which one of your workers yelled out "we don't have Combination fried rice for ten dollars!" Well you do when you add TAX! All of them ganged up on me about four or five workers discrediting everything I said. Even if you 'prefry' your chicken it still has to cook more than one minute in the fryer. I am so upset with this restaurant I can barely get the words out. And on top of this I am being WAY more than fair for the misery I had to endure.

We have decided that we will give the customer the $40 she desire, even though we are still unable to find her order. Although her descriptions of our food are still inaccurate, we will believe that she speaks the truth and will give her the requested money.

Thank you for your sincere consideration in this matter. And for the record never once did I harbor any bad feelings toward the young man who waited on me for he was very kind and polite and only wanted to give me good customer service.
