cabinets, bathroom demolition debris, new product packaging and other misc items was not paid for.Secondly, the damage to the bottom of the fireplace was caused by owner neglect She did not do the break burns correctly causing the damage.The wall was opened to replace a valveThere was no charge for the replacement even though it was a year later and thus out of warrantyShe was told that the wall would not be fixedAS for the possible hazardous conditions, they were resolved.Lastly, I did numerous trips to this property and believe I performed a satisfactory jobIt is the owners responsibility to call for final inspections. I am still owed $for trash removal and disposal and $for fireplace install(regular price is $1150) and $ for related parts
