Review: My husband and I have been trying to pay off a debt we owed with a creditor that Mr. Krantz was representing. Although we were never served ANY of the proper paperwork by Mr. Krantz, he garnished my husband's wages anyway. We have been trying to communicate with Mr. Krantz for MONTHS now to get a payoff amount and satisfy this debt and right the wrong we incurred with this debt. However, Mr. Krantz repeatedly told us he couldn't give us a figure because it "was a Friday", and the figures changed up and down from one day to the next. Upon asking for an explanation, and simply trying to pin down a payoff amount to take care of this matter, I was asked if I "spoke and understood English", but the final straw was when my husband contacted him by telephone today to get a payoff amount, and he screamed to my husband, "Your wife is a [redacted]." I'm sorry but I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I was simply trying to work with this man to payoff what I owed and the name calling and rudeness were very offensive. I felt as though I was harassed, belittled, and treated very horribly. I really hope there is something that can be done about this behavior. It was the worst treatment I have ever received in my life.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr. Krantz's public record to reflect somewhere that he acted horribly unprofessional and resorted to harassing name calls which were very offensive to a consumer. I never once called him names, all I requested was solid information. I do not wish for an apology from this man, but I would simply like for others to be aware of his unprofessional and childish manner when dealing with this so called "professional". Thank you very much.

I have read Mrs. [redacted]'s Statement of the facts, and, simply put, Mrs. [redacted] is distorting the

truth and she knows it. In fact, I NEVER spoke to Mrs. [redacted]. ALL communication between

us were done by email. So, I will let the emails that were exchanged between us speak for

themselves and not her revisionist history of the facts to suit her needs.

1. Her husband's wages were garnished through the sheriffs office with all proper notices

required by law. The sheriffs office would not allow garnishment if all legal notices were not

given by the creditor (my client- Wells Fargo).

2. "Trying to communicate for months" - another distortion. Mr. [redacted] (not Mrs. [redacted])

contacted me on or about 9/23/13 asking if Wells Fargo would discount the remaining balance on

the judgment that was obtained against him. I conveyed that message to my client and informed

him of the same within a week (Wells refused to discount the amount owed).

3. I never refused to give Mr. [redacted] (nor Mr. [redacted]) a payoff amount. The emails are clear.

Read them.

4. Read Mrs. [redacted]'s emails to me and see how she berated and belittled me repeatedly while I

tried to help her. Mrs. [redacted] acted unprofessional to say the least. I had no problem

communicating with Mr. [redacted] regarding all the information that he requested from me. It was

only when Mrs. [redacted] started emailing me that this matter went south due to her

confrontational behavior with me.
