I did receive and read the complaint and the first thing I will say that the customers claims are not accurate. We sold him the door which was manufactured by CES/ Panoramic Doors and installed by Windoor Building Concepts. The installer not making it to his house...

in time due to reasons beyond my control or him not contacting the customer service at the factory does no and should not have an impact on my company. 
I have been in contact with the customer and have a series of SMS texts to prove all this.
I did contact him yesterday and found out that the factory is sendniing a technictian to tservice his door this afternoon.
Once I get a confirmation from him that he is satisfied. I will ask him to respond to you and I in my turn will send you a complete reply and report on what really happened.
