I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and will make the choice to absolutely not pay this $50.  I will print the business response and keep that as a record that I am not to pay this invoice.  The point is that the work was at no time ever scheduled to be done so there is no way that I would be expected to pay a cancellation fee.  The business owner even stated in his response that it was his second ATTEMPT to schedule.  Which by the way, was about 2 months after not hearing from him the first time.  Regards,

We have it stated on the bottom of our paperwork that there is a $50 cancellation charge after 48 hrs of scheduling the work to be performed.  This was the second attempt to schedule this work so I feel the cancellation fee should stand but it is also $50 at a time when I can't really afford to...
