I have spoken to American Home Shield and was informed that they contacted Mr. [redacted] on 6/5/2015 to discuss the denial of his repairs. has not reached out to them since 6/5/2015.We are simply a contractor for American Home Shield. Our electricians are not required or expected to know the policy coverage of each homeowner.
