Timmins Nissan

Remote car starter no longer works. Needs a new module.
I bought a 2013 *** in approx Oct 2013, from Timmins Nissan. From the first time I got the car I complained about the remote car starter not working properly. Sometimes the car would start, sometimes it wouldn't and sometimes it would turn on everything in the car except the motor. I brought this to Nissan Timmins attention right away the car was still under its 60 000 km. I complained about this every winter until finally in Nov 2017. The car starter stopped working and now the module needs to be replaced. Timmins Nissan already charged me $96.28 to tell me something I already knew that the remote start was broken. They wanted between $250 and $260 too replace the module. They have since dropped their price to approx $150. However I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything. If they would have listened in 2013 they may have been able to replace the module sooner while it was still under warranty. I feel Timmins Nissan waits for the warranty to run out so that the customer has to pay. I feel the part should be replaced and I should not have to pay anything.
