Review: I had contacted [redacted] this spring after the patio that Timmers installed had some winter damage. There were 3 sections that needed repair and after [redacted] came out to inspect said he would stand behind his product and correct. One item was corrected the following week and that was it. One part I had to repair myself because it was a safety concern (loose stones) and [redacted] would not come out to repair. He said he was too busy. The 3rd section was never repaired and as fall approached I tried to contact [redacted] about either having time this year to repair or schedule something next spring. After 6 voice mails and 2 emails I have not received one response. An $8500 patio should last longer than one year.Desired Settlement: I would like my patio properly fixed.
