I am rejecting this response because:My wife *** *** called the company by phone, well prior to the expiration date of the agreement, got their answering machine, and left a message asking to be contacted to verify the necessary steps to terminate the agreement. We did not receive a response. She called again several days later and got a recording saying the phone number was no longer in service, and the office closed. She then left a message on the company's website, still prior to the expiration date, saying we wanted to terminate. Again, no response. After receiving our money in advance as required by the agreement, the company never sent or called us with any type of update. The company did NOT sell our timeshare. If they made any efforts to do so, they did not provide us with that information. We never received a copy of the agreement that was signed by an official of the company. I have not yet consulted an attorney to find out if the agreement is legally binding without having been signed by both parties.When my wife and I discussed sending a certified letter, we were unable to verify the company's current mailing address; and had no confidence the letter would be received, accepted, or acted upon. The content and spirit of the agreement is clearly that we would get our money back if the company didn't sell our timeshare. That would be the fairest and most reasonable resolution.

to qualify for any refund like the contracts says to please ignore this dispute to whom this may concern thank-you
