Timeshare Escrow and Title

I called this company on numerous ocassions about names being spelled wrong, irs form not being filled out correctly and calls never returned to me...
I purchased a timeshare back in July and the first problem I had was my wifes name being misspelled wrong on the deed. It was spelled incorrectly and they had to refile the form twice. The form to the IRS was also filled out incorrectly because they didnt fill out the transfer date. The IRS contacted me and requested the form to be filled out correctly. I had to call the timeshare company and made them send the form to me so I could mail it in with the correct transfer date. I then received another letter from the IRS stating that I had interest and penalty fees because the closing company failed to fill out the paperwork properly. Again I called the closing company about the fees and never heard from the company again.
