Would not accomadate a disabled person who needed a booth or tableWere given option of a bar stool or separate chair This person unable to use eitherPlenty of booths and tables avaliable It was happy hour and the person wanted her to sit at the barUnacceptable! !!

We had a group of attend here for Mothers day to celebrate our year old Motherweeks prior she had fallen and broken her arm and had to have surgery to repair itI was assisting her to her chair when the manager of the place grabbed me by my arm and started to "Harass" me for bringing in a *** cupOk, no problem I'll take it out and put it in my car once I get my mother settled, but that wasn't good enoughThis lady continued groping me and trying to take my cup away causing me to loose focus on my mother who needed assistance to be seatedIt was more important to this manager to take my cup away from me then to allow for an year old patron to be safely seatedHad my mother fallen this would have resulted in a negligent suit, not just a minimum med pay, not to mention the irreversible damage that could have resulted to my motherThis place is negligent, careless and apparently unable to size up a situationPolicy above safetyWe have other witnesses to this occurrence and the groping by the manager was an assault on meI was not given seconds to remove my cup which would have been enough time to seat my mother, it was demanded to be removed immediatelyBy law refusal of service requires seconds, minutes for the patron to settle their affairsI was not granted that and my mothers health was put at risk because of the careless and thoughtless actions of the manager of this placeShame on you Times Square Italian restaurant!
