Review: Took the course, passed the test and the class all together and yet still have no received my CPR card, or the BLS instructor card, both of which I paid for. not only was I the one who haven't received the cards but as well as half the class. I contacted [redacted] and he claims "I am not telling the truth" and says "I lost the cards and I am the only person to make a complaint" I did not lose the cards and nor am I the only person to complain but everyone else did as well. He is a liar and he steals.Desired Settlement: Deliver the Cpr and bls instructor cards.
